Hattan Kadasa is a Board Member in Kadasa Intellectual Property.
Hattan works as Director of Regulations and Rules at the National Development Fund. Prior to joining the National Development Fund, he worked as Director of Legislation for Listed Companies and Investment Products at the Capital Market Authority. Before joining the Capital Market Authority, he worked as a legal advisor in the Legal Department of Saudi Aramco. During his career, Hattan led numerous drafting and updating projects for the laws and regulations in the Kingdom, and contributed to providing legal advice in various fields, in particular, in the Capital Market regulations and in the commercial law field. He also worked in judicial representations before various judicial authorities.
He also joined several leadership and executive training programmes, including those held at the London University of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom, Duke University in the United States of America, and other international leadership training institutions.
