Nassir Ali Kadasa is the Founder and Chairman of Kadasa Intellectual Property. KIP was founded in 1981. Nassir has the distinction of being the first Saudi Attorney to prosecute and win the first trademark and patent infringement lawsuits on behalf of a foreign entity against a national infringer in Saudi Arabia. He is a renowned Attorney in field of Intellectual Property, Commercial Laws, Arbitration and Shariah Law with a practice spanning over 45 years. He has represented multiple foreign entities in successful patent infringement, opposition, trademark infringement, cancellation actions, and criminal actions He remained engaged in advising Saudi government on multiple WTO issues pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights and has played a vital contribution in reviewing local IP laws. His practice has shaped many leading precedents in field of IP and his contribution is widely acknowledged in Saudi Arabia for shaping the local IP regime. Nassir has represented over more than 20 multi-national pharmaceutical companies in Saudi Arabia providing different legal and administrative services. He is also representing leading Saudi government and private organizations in different area of work including the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), AL-Mawarid Group, King Saudi University, THIQAH, and Gulf Union etc.

He is a highly regarded professional in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, with over 35 years of experience specializing in patents and trademark-related issues across the Gulf region. Mr. Jomoa has collaborated extensively with international organizations, including the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), where he has conducted and managed IP training programs and participated as a speaker in numerous global forums. A Chemical Engineer by training, Mr. Jomoa graduated from The University of Toledo, Ohio, USA, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from Franklin Pierce Law Center (US) and the International Law Institute (Gulf). His expertise encompasses advising clients on techno-legal matters in the Middle East and providing strategic counsel to the Saudi government on IP legislation. As an external counsel, he has represented several international pharmaceutical companies operating in the Gulf region, addressing key areas such as patent litigation, data protection, patent linkage, and pharmaceutical regulations. Additionally, Mr. Jomoa has overseen advanced and graduate-level IP studies programs in collaboration with international organizations and leading universities. (now part of Medtronic Inc.) and serving as a Patent Agent at the GE JFWTC Research Centre in Bangalore, India. Moused AbdulAziz Al-Rashed is the Head of the Accounts Department at Kadasa Company. In his current role, Moused is responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, and fostering strong public relations to enhance client satisfaction. He is also an assistant member of the Supreme Committee for Project Preparation at Kadasa and contributes as a member of the committee for preparing financial proposals for intellectual property projects.

Mohammad Danish Jamil is an Account Receivable Analyst in Kadasa Intellectual Property. He has a good experience in financial matters. He started his career in the finance department in the banking industry of Pakistan, where has was involved in financial transactions including management of cash flows, accounts receivables and payables. After joining KIP in 2015, he became a part of the team dealing with financial transactions related to patents and industrial designs, where he acquired excellent understanding in the details of IP billings. After working closely with IP Specialists, and getting necessary knowledge of IP transactional work, Danish was transferred to KIP’s accounting department where his primary role is managing receivables, preparing collection reports, expediting invoicing, providing forecast to the finance manager on receivables and accrued income on a quarterly basis.
