In Saudi Arabia, arbitration is regulated by the Law of Arbitration issued by the (Royal Decree No. M/34), which is aligned with the UNCITRAL Model Law, promoting consistency with international arbitration.

Our team advises clients at every stage of the arbitration process, from drafting a clear Terms of Reference providing a framework for the entire arbitration, and enforceable arbitration clauses to managing complex cross-border disputes and ensuring recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards under Saudi laws and regulations. Saudi Arabic is a party to the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1959.  We serve clients across Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the wider Gulf region (GCC), guiding them from initial negotiations through to final resolution.
