Bahrain Patent Applications Can be Filed Online

The GCC countries are in a positive shift from manual to online IP services. After launch of online system for trademark applications earlier, now the Directorate of Industrial Property has launched online filing system for Patents and Industrial Designs as well. This e-service will no doubt make it very convenient for applicants to file applications while maintaining priorities. The time frame required in manual is expected to enhance efficiency in administering applications.
